We are just now beginning our 2nd week of Altered States, but there is still plenty of time to register and work along with the group! You can still register at any time during the next year and work at your own pace! Thanks to this amazing group of artists, I was inspired to choose a book to alter I hadn't thought of before! Looking to jumpstart your creativity and find motivation from working in a group- then this is the class for you!

My favorite process for my visual journaling practice is altering a book. For years I only used blank books or sketchbooks to contain my words combined with imagery, but now an altered book is my book of choice! With too many possibilities - you can alter just about anything that acts as a book, how do you choose? And how do you alter a book to make it your very own, and what are the best supplies to use?
